Squirrels vary in species: gray, black, brown, red. They are as individual as any animal, including humans. Some willing feat from one's proffered hand. One day, perhaps, I will be able to photograph the black squirrel we call "grandfather" because he is now, after five years, full of white hair. Meanwhile, a wee young squirrel and a wary red/brown.
